Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At BluBrewCo, every coffee order is freshly roasted and prepared specifically for each customer. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.
Final Sale Items
The following products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- All coffee products, including whole bean, ground coffee, and coffee pods, whether opened or unopened.
- All merchandise, including tumblers, mugs, hats, apparel, and other branded items.
We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, roast profiles, grind selections, sizes, and order details before completing their purchase.
Exceptions
In limited circumstances, BluBrewCo may provide a replacement or other resolution at our sole discretion if:
- You received an incorrect item due to our error.
- Your order arrived damaged during shipping (clear photos of the product and packaging may be required).
- A manufacturing or product defect is reported within 7 days of delivery.
If you believe your order qualifies for one of the exceptions above, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and any supporting photos.
