However, purchases and sales made through our store are transactions directly between you and BluBrewCo.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and BluBrewCo, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from products or services purchased from BluBrewCo.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLUBREWCO, ITS AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS, AND SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PROCURED THROUGH THE SERVICES.
